Managing Import Mapping Screen Attributes
Import Mapping parameters are stored in the Import Mapping Parameter table. You can add new values, as needed. Use the following procedure to add new attributes that you can use in an import mapping.
To add attributes to the screen
1. On the Menu toolbar, click Manage Data and navigate to folder, 99. Base Objects > Application Control Tables.
2. Select the Import Mapping Parameter table and click Insert > Insert Multiple from the Command toolbar.
3. Add the following two new rows, setting the following values for both records:
Parameter Acronym: $$$
Parameter: XYZ Comments
Parameter Type: C
Define the remaining values as follows:

SYSTEM_COLUMNS | XYZ_CMNTS | 14 |
4. Click Save.
