Enable P4S Features in Farms
First, enable P4S features for the appropriate SharePoint farms:
1. Navigate to SharePoint Central Administration.
2. Click the Application Management tab and click Manage Web Applications features.
3. Find the MS4SP Configuration item and click Activate to activate these features or Deactivate to deactivate them.
