Creating a New Signing Environment
If you do not have a signing environment, you need to set up your environment. You can find setup instructions on the iOS Provisioning Portal at https://developer.apple.com/ios/manage/overview/index.action.
The setup steps include the following:
*Create and install iOS development certificates
*Nominate device IDs for development
*Nominate an App ID
*Create a Development Provisioning Profile
Note:  
When your environment is ready to distribute iOS applications as Ad-Hoc or App Store builds, you need to create the appropriate .mobileprovision files. You configure Mobile Designer to specify where the .mobileprovision files are located.
