About Configuring Mobile Designer
You configure Mobile Designer by altering the properties located in the following file:
Mobile Designer_directory /sdk.properties
The properties in the sdk.properties file apply globally to all Mobile Designer projects. See the following for more information:
*For instructions for how to update and add properties to the sdk.properties file, see Updating the sdk.properties File to Configure Mobile Designer.
*For a description of the configuration properties, see Mobile Designer Configuration Properties (sdk.properties).
Note:  
You can set properties for a project that override the settings in the sdk.properties file.
