You define general application-specific parameters in the following locations:

Project’s _defaults_.xml and target device files. For more information, see Setting Parameters in the _defaults_.xml and Target Device Files.

Project’s resource handler that you create for a project. For more information, see Setting Parameters in the Resource Handler Code.
