POST /api/v1/apps/<product_id>/push/register

Registers a push device for a product. Only one of the parameters must be set: registrationId, pushTokenHex or mpns_uri.

Input Parameters

product_id	String The application identifier.
registrationId	String Android GCM registration ID.
pushTokenHex	String iOS deviceToken in Hex format.
mpns_uri	String Microsoft Push Notification Service URI endpoint.
