Retrieves all processing rules that match a document.

Input Parameters

ruleIDs	Object The IDs of the processing rules that you want to delete.
lastChangeID	String The ID generated after making the last change to any rule.

Output Parameters

lastChangeID

String The ID generated after adding the new rule.
