mft.never.ban.list
Specifies a list of IP addresses that should be excluded from the hammering settings that you configure in ActiveTransfer Server. The IP addresses listed using this property are not banned by the ActiveTransfer Server or the ActiveTransfer Gateway. If you have an ActiveTransfer Server and an ActiveTransfer Gateway instance, apply the restriction to the ActiveTransfer Gateway. Apply the restriction to the server only in the absence of a gateway instance.

Restart the ActiveTransfer Server and the ActiveTransfer Gateway instances associated with the server for this property to take effect.
