Modifying Case Properties

You can modify some of the case properties that are shown in the Summary tab of the Case Details panel.

To modify the properties of a case:

1. Navigate to the Case Details panel, and open the Summary tab.

2. Modify the property as required:

For this field ...	You can do this ...
Priority	Click the arrow in the Priority field, and select a priority from the drop-down list. For more information about case priorities, see Working with the Case List Manager.
