Logging onto API Portal Using a One-time Password
A user must provide an OTP along with the username and password to log onto API Portal when multi-factor authentication is enabled.
To log onto API Portal using an OTP
1. Open API Portal UI in a browser.
2. Provide user credentials.
3. Click Login.
There is prompt asking you to provide an OTP.
4. You can do one of the following:
*Click Send OTP.
An OTP is sent to your registered email address.
*If you are a registered user in API Portal you receive a secret token in an email upon on-boarding. Use this secret token to generate an OTP using an external client. For details on generating an OTP using an external client, see webMethods API Portal Online Help.
Note:  
If you wish to change the secret token, you can do so in the User profile page in API Portal. For details on generating a secret token see webMethods API Portal Online Help.
5. Type the OTP.
6. Click Login.
You are now logged onto API Portal.
