Viewing the Audit Details of Records
In Nova mode and Nova Echo mode, you can view records and object properties using the commands on the Command toolbar. The View button displays the following options for viewing the properties of the selected object.
*Object Definition—The View > Definition menu displays details about the object. These include the links that OneData generates for use with external services, such as the clickable link, OneData Anywhere link, RESTful web service link, deep link, and XML schema. See External Services for more information about using external services. Displays the definition of the object.
*Audit Trail—Displays the history of changes to records, ordered by transaction type or by the primary key of the record. See Viewing the Audit Details of Records for more information about viewing the audit history of data objects, and Viewing the Audit Details of Relational Records for information about viewing the audit history of relational and conceptual objects.
*Data Hierarchy—Displays the hierarchy of the selected object, if there is any. See Viewing Object Hierarchy for information about viewing the hierarchy of relational and conceptual objects.
*Object Personalization—Displays the settings for customizing how the object displays. For more information about viewing and customizing the object display properties, see Personalizing Objects.
*Workflow Rule Model—Displays the workflow rule assigned to the object. This option is only selectable if there is a workflow rule associated with the object. For more information about workflow, see Managing Workflow.
To view records, you must click Apply Filter, even if you do not enter any filter criteria.
The Display Values button returns to the record results screen from another menu action.
