Setting an Alternate Effective Date for Archive Snapshots
If you have specified alternate effective date column in the base object, then the date in that column will be considered instead of current date in Archive Snapshot Object.
To set an alternate effective date for archive snapshot
1. On the Menu toolbar, click Define > Objects and navigate to the base object of the archive snapshot.
2. Select the Structure tab.
3. Click Add Column.
4. Create a column of type Date or Timestamp and select its Additional Column Qualifiers as Alternate Effective Date.
5. Click Save.
