Changing the Registration Status of a Data Element
Use the following procedure to change the registration status of a data element from Blank to RECORDED.
Prerequisite: Submitter organization is setup as your organization and there is a valid transition rule in the entity, Registration Status Change Rules, that allows for a Blank registration status to be changed to RECORDED by a Submitter Group.
To change the registration status
1. On the Menu toolbar, click Manage > Manage Data.
2. Select the entity, Administered Items.
3. Select Data Element from the Item Type and click Next.
4. Select the Data Element to change status for using the check box.
5. In Select Command, choose Registration Status, Recorded. Click on the arrow to execute the command.
The status change is reflected in the data record.
