Assigning Stewardship Attributes
Use the following procedure to assign a submitter and steward organization to an administered item. Before you start this procedure, you must create organizations and assign to users as explained in
Creating Organizations and Assigning
to Users.
To assign stewardship values
1. On the Menu toolbar, click Manage > Manage Data.
2. Select the Administered Item (Steward Assignment) object and click the Values tab.
3. On the Command toolbar, click the Edit icon corresponding to the Administered Item record. Select the organization and contacts.
Note: | OneData only displays those contacts that are related to the selected organization. If the contact is selected first (for example, Steward Contact is selected), then only those organizations corresponding to the contact display in Organization. |
4. Click Save.
