Creating a User Account in OneData MDR
Use this procedure to create a user account in OneData MDR, if you are not using LDAP or external directory.
To create a user account
1. Create the user account as described in the section, “Creating User Accounts” in Administering webMethods OneData.
2. Allocate roles to the user, as follows:
a. In the User Details screen, click Allocate Roles.
b. Select the relevant roles from the Available Roles pane and use the arrows to move them to Selected Roles pane.
c. Click Save.
3. Assign the user to an organization as follows:
a. In the User Details screen, click Contacts.
b. In the Available Values pane, select the organizations to associate with the user and use the arrows to move them to the Selected Values pane.
c. Click Save.
