Function privileges. Provides access to OneData features and modules. These functions are standard in OneData and cannot be modified or extended.Folder privileges. Access is granted through a role. Users assigned to the role have view privileges for the corresponding folder.Report privileges. Access is granted through a role. Users assigned to the role have privileges to manage and execute published reports.Row-Level Filters. Can be assigned to a role and/or to the user. Row-level filters restrict users to viewing only specific records in an object and can include complex selection conditions. For example, the role, 11179 Steward Context X, could be a steward role that only has access to Context X.
