Built-In Roles
OneData MDR includes several built-in roles, each with a different set of privileges:
ADMIN. Provides administrator access to all objects and functions within
OneData. This role cannot be edited.
Browser. Read-only role that has a minimal set of access privileges. By default, this role has read access to all objects and folders. This role can be edited.
SYSTEM. Provides system administrator access to
OneData functionality required to perform system configuration tasks, such as changing system parameters and performing security-related tasks. This role cannot be edited.
11179 Steward. Can change Stewardship assignment and registration status role.
11179 Submitter. Insert/update administered items, except when the status reaches RECORDED.
11179 Data Registrar. User responsible for the management and implementation of the data registry, in accordance with applicable agency policies.
