Depending on how you have configured the Logon page access, users may access the Registry Logon page either from the OneData portal or by entering the URL in a web browser.

When the registry administrator creates a user account, the new user receives the logon details, such as user ID, initial password, and the URL for the Logon page in the welcome email message. The user must change the initial password after logging on OneData MDR for the first time.
