Adding Selected Objects as Favorites
You can save a selected object or report to your favorites list using Add to Favorites on the Shortcut toolbar.
To save an object as a favorite
1. On the Menu toolbar, click Manage > Manage Data or View > Browse.
2. Navigate to the object you want to edit and select it.
3. On the Shortcut toolbar, click Add to Favorites 
. 4. Enter a display name for the object and click Save.
