Resetting Your Password
If you forget your password, you can use the following procedure to reset your password. The system sends a link to your email account that will allow you to change your password.
To reset your password
1. On the Logon page, click Forgot your password.
2. On the Forgot Your Password screen, enter your user ID and email address and click Reset Password.
OneData sends an email message to the email account registered to the user ID.
3. In your email account, open the reset password email from OneData and click the link to reset your password.
4. Change your password.
