Viewing the Workflow Model

The workflow model is a graphical or textual representation of a workflow rule that is assigned to an object. The model displays the levels (steps) in the approval process and any data changes that users must approve to the associated object.

Note:

The workflow rule model is enabled only when an object is assigned a workflow rule. For more information on workflow, see Implementing webMethods OneData.

To view the workflow model

1. On the Menu toolbar, click Manage > Manage Data or View > Browse.

2. Navigate to the object you want to edit or view and select it.

3. Display existing values by doing one of the following:

In Default mode, on the Advanced Definition tab click Show Rule Model.

In Nova mode, click View > Workflow Rule Model.

OneData displays a graphical representation of the workflow rule.

Tip:	You can also see the workflow rule for the object in Manage > My Workflow Transactions. The assigned workflow rule displays in the Workflow Rule column for each pending transaction. View the workflow steps and approvers by clicking the rule.
