Registration Status Change - Authorization, and Compliancy Rules Set Up
In addition to the rules specified in the ISO 11179 guidelines, you can set up rules for registration, administrative, and workflow status changes. Use rules to indicate the following:
Valid status transitions.
User groups (Submitter, Steward, Registrar) that are authorized to change the status (From/To).
Before you modify the rules, clearly define the statuses to match your business needs, particularly for administrative status. For any administered item, OneData assigns the default values Incomplete to the registration status and Unassigned to the administrative status. Only a system administrator (or users given Admin roles) can modify rules.
