Managing an Import Job
Use this procedure to manage an import job.
To manage an import job
1. On the Menu toolbar, click Data Interchange > Manage Import Job.
OneData displays the existing jobs.
2. Click the Edit icon corresponding to the job that you want to edit.
3. Modify the job details. For information about the jobs, see the table describing job fields in Creating an Import Job. 4. Click Save.
5. To schedule the job, on the Manage Current Job screen, click Job Center. Complete the scheduling details about the job. For information about scheduling jobs, see Scheduling a Job Through Job Center. 6. To set advanced notifications, on the Manage Current Job screen, click Set Advanced Notification.
a. In Notify on Completion, select the users to receive notification when the job completes.
b. In Notify on Error, select the users to receive notification when the job encounters errors.
c. Click Save.
