Creating a New Major and Minor Version of an Administered Item
Use the following procedure to create a new version for the administered item.
To create a new version of an administered item
1. Navigate to and select the administered items entity.
2. On the Filter tab, in Item Type, select Data Element Concept and click Next.
3. Select the administered item from Data Element Concepts using the corresponding check box.
4. In Select Command, select Create major version. Click the corresponding small arrow.
If all the pre-conditions for versioning are met, OneData displays a success message.
5. To create a minor version, select the administered item, Version 2 from Data Element Concepts using the check box.
6. In Select Command, select Create Minor Version. Click the corresponding small arrow.
If all the pre-conditions for versioning are met, OneData displays a success message.
