Unlocking and Reactivating Accounts
To reactivate or unlock an account
1. On the Menu toolbar, click Administer > Security > User Locks.
2. Optionally, enter search criteria in the User Name field and select a User Group to narrow the number of user names displayed in the search results.
Tip: | Sort the results by clicking on the column header. Use the arrows in the top right corner of the table to navigate between the pages of search results. |
3. Click Apply Filter.
4. To unlock the user account, clear the corresponding Locked? check box.
5. To reactivate the user account, clear the corresponding Inactivate check box.
6. Click Save.
