Operation Properties
When you select an operation in a REST resource on the REST Resources tab, the Properties view displays the operation name and description.

Operation name
Fully qualified name of the service that corresponds to the operation.
Operation description
Description of the operation obtained from the Comments tab for the service that corresponds to the operation.
