My Locked Elements
Use the My Locked Elements page to unlock elements for the selected server.
To open this page, in Designer select File > Properties > My Locked Elements.

Select the Elements to Unlock
Select the elements that you want to unlock. CTRL+click to select more than one or click Unlock All to unlock all of the elements in the list.
