When this option is selected, Designer automatically reloads a package after you perform any VCS operations on the package. Designer reloads the package on the Integration Server assigned as the local development server.

This option is selected by default.

When this option is selected, Designer allows you to set any repository on your workspace as the local repository directory and a linked directory is created under the Integration Server_directory \instances\default\packages directory.
