Create one or more case types for your application. You can configure the case types later in Designer when you add a case as a step in a business process.

To add properties for a case type, go to Gear Icon > Case Management > Case Types > caseType > Object Properties and click Add Agile Process Related Fields. When you complete this step, AgileApps Cloud no longer displays the Add Agile Process Related Fields button.
