Process documentation enhances the collaborative effort inherent and critical to many process projects. For example, the initial process may be designed by a business analyst, who then passes the project on to a developer. Using process documentation, the business analyst can describe elements of the process design, methodology, and intent to the developer. This information is stored with the process project, and can also be collected into a printable HTML report. Information about KPI definitions, step transition conditions, step inputs and outputs, and process annotations are also captured in the HTML Documentation Report.
