Managing Case Comments
In the Comments panel, you can view and post comments for the case the details of which you are viewing.
To manage case comments:
1. To open the Comments panel, click in the upper right corner of the Case Details panel. 2. In the Comments panel, you can view the list of comments for the case. Each item in the list shows the name of the author, the message text and the posting date.
3. To post a new comment, click the plus icon in the upper right corner. Enter the text in the Share a Message ... field, and click Post.
