Viewing the Gateway List
To view the list of gateways, you must have the following roles:
CentraSite Administrator: to view the list of
API Portal,
Mediator, and
Insight gateways within any organization.
Organization Administrator: to view the list of
API Portal,
Mediator, and
Insight gateways within a specific organization.
API Portal Administrator: to view the list of
API Portal gateways.
Mediator Administrator: to view the list of
Mediator gateways.
In addition to the above, you can also view a API Portal, Mediator, or Insight gateway, if you have the instance level Full, Modify, or at least View permission on the gateway.
You can view the list of API Portal, Mediator, and Insight gateways using the Manage Governance Rules activity in CentraSite Business UI.
To view the list of API Portal gateways
1. In the CentraSite Business UI activity bar, click Manage Governance Rules.
2. To filter the list to see a list of the available API Portal, Mediator, or Insight gateways, do the following:
a. Go to the advanced search panel.
b. In the Narrow Your Results section, do the following:
a. Locate Applicable Scopes.
b. Choose API Portal, Mediator, or Insight from the drop-down list.
c. Click the plus button next to the drop-down box or press Enter to add the scope API Portal, Mediator, or Insight to the search recipe.
CentraSite displays the list of API Portal, Mediator, or Insight gateways that are available to you.
3. The Search Results page provides the following basic information for each gateway:
Column | Description |
Name | The name of the gateway. |
Description | A descriptive information about the gateway. |
Created Date | The date on which the gateway was created in the CentraSite registry. CentraSite automatically sets this attribute when an administrator creates and registers the gateway with CentraSite. Note: | Once it is set, it cannot be modified. |

Owner | The user who owns the gateway. |
Organization | The organization to which the gateway belongs. |
Version | The system-assigned version identifier for the gateway. |
