Displaying the KPI Summary Page
*To display the KPI Summary page
1. Open the KPI Summary page by performing one of the actions that are described in the following table.

Analytics Overview page
a. In My webMethods select: Navigate > Applications > Monitoring > System-Wide > Analytics Overview.
b. Click KPI Detail icon beside a process component.
Problems page
a. In My webMethods: Navigate > Applications > Monitoring > System-Wide > Problems.
b. Click KPI Detail icon beside a problem.
Problem Detail page
Click KPI Detail icon beside a contributing instance.
Process Instances page
a. In My webMethods: Navigate > Applications > Monitoring > Business > Process Instances.
b. Click KPI Detail icon beside a process instance.
Process Instance Detail page
Click KPI Detail icon beside a process instance.
Rule Detail page
If information about two or more KPI instances displays in the KPI Instance Summary panel, click Compare.
The KPI Summary page displays a list of all KPI instances associated with the selected item. Until you select KPI instances, the KPI performance chart is blank. For more information about the KPI Summary page, see Understanding the KPI Summary Page.
Tip:
The process or system component you select determines which KPIs display on the KPIs panel. To see all the instances of a KPI, select it on the Analytics Overview page. To see all KPI instances related to a step in a business process, select the step on the Analytics Overview page. If you want to see all KPI instances related to a server, select the server on the Analytics Overview page. Don't select a process or system component with many KPIs. If you do, you must navigate through the list, and response time will be slow.
