SLA Rule Icons
SLA Rule icons identify rules that are related to Service Level Agreements, and they have a distinct appearance so that they can be easily distinguished from other rule icons. If there is a customer associated with the rule, the customer name displays when you position the mouse pointer over the icon.
The following table explains the meaning of the SLA Rule icons.

Meaning
SLA - No Violation icon
One or more SLA rules are associated with this item.
If more than one rule is associated with this item, clicking this icon displays the Rule Summary page identifying all of the rules associated with this item.
If only one rule is associated with this item, clicking this icon displays the Rule Detail page containing details about the rule.
SLA Violation icon
A rule violation exists for one or more rules associated with this item.
If more than one rule is associated with this item, clicking this icon displays the Rule Summary page identifying the rules associated with this item.
If only one rule is associated with this item, clicking this icon displays the Rule Detail page containing details about the rule violation.
SLA Disabled icon
One or more SLA rules associated with this item has been disabled.
