To view Six Sigma information about a process
1. View Six Sigma information about a rule violation for a single process or all monitored processes.
The following table describes the actions you should perform to view Six Sigma information about a rule violation for a single process or all monitored processes.

2. To view more details about a business process or step:
a. In My webMethods:
Navigate > Applications > Monitoring > System-wide > Analytics Overview
b. Scan the Status column for processes, subprocesses, or metrics that are out of compliance or statistically abnormal.
c. To view KPI instance information about a process, subprocess, or metric, click the KPI Summary icon (
) in the Detail column. 3. View sigma information on the Business Process Sigma graph by doing the following:
a. In the Filter tab, select the reporting period for which you want sigma information, and click the Go button.
b. Rest the mouse pointer on the point where the sigma value intersects the date to view the exact process sigma value and the sigma expressed as a percent. Note whether the sigma is at the desired level, trending up, trending down, or flat.
If the sigma is trending down, look at the Pareto charts on the Business Process Sigma tab to determine which group seems to be having the most impact.
4. View information on the Pareto charts by doing the following:
a. Rest the mouse pointer on a green bar within a chart to see which business process, rule, KPI, piece of equipment, IT infrastructure component, day of week, or time of day the bar represents.
