View only the process instances within a date and time range

For an easily defined time period, such as This month or Last month, select from the predefined time ranges in the Date Range drop-down list.

If none of the predefined time ranges fit your search, complete the Start Date, End Date, and Time fields. If you specify Start Date and End Date fields, the Date Range drop-down list changes to Custom. The Hour and Minute time fields are optional and default to 12:00 am (midnight) and 11:59 pm.

Optionally, use the Filter By drop-down list to specify whether you want to view process instances that started within the specified date/time range or that were last updated within the specified date/time range. The default in the Filter By field is Date Last Updated.

View only the process instances with a specific status

From the Status list, select the status you want to search for. You can multi-select statuses from this drop-down list by holding down the CTRL key while clicking. For example, you can view all process instances that have not completed (started, failed, suspended).

Specify the logic you want applied to the defined terms

In the Search Condition drop-down list, click AND or OR to specify how you want the search terms to be handled logically.
