If your Optimize system operates in an event-driven environment using webMethods Event Routing, to support subscription to and publication of events, you must create and configure messaging services, add them to groups, and associate event types to them using the Command Central interface.

By default, Event Routing is installed with a pre-configured Universal Messaging service whose provider URL is defined as nsp://localhost:9000. You can modify this value using the Command Central user interface.
