Diagnosis Trend Icons
Optimize performs a diagnosis on all monitors associated with a KPI, according to the collection interval specified when the KPI was created. You can use this information to watch for trends in performance and to help determine ways to improve processes and system components that continue to perform outside of their normal range.
You can rest the mouse pointer on these icons on any Optimize page to display a short description.
The following table explains the meaning of the Diagnosis Trend icons.

Last summarized data sample collected is between one and three standard deviations above the historical mean for the current statistical interval.
Above Normal

Last summarized data sample collected is between one and three standard deviations above normal for the current statistical interval.

Rate of change between the last and previous summarized data samples collected is between one and three standard deviations above normal for the current statistical interval.
Staying in Upward
Staying in Upward Trend
Last data point or summarized data sample collected represents an upward trend.
Staying Below Mean
Staying Below Mean
Last summarized data sample collected is between one and three standard deviations below the historical mean for the current statistical interval.
Below Normal

Last summarized data sample collected is between one and three standard deviations below normal for the current statistical interval.
Slope Below Normal

Rate of change between the last and previous summarized data samples collected is between one and three standard deviations below normal for the current statistical interval.
