Optimize
Optimize enables you to access the resource information maintained by Infrastructure Data Collector. You use Optimize to monitor the status of individual monitored components as well as the overall status of your system. You can use Optimize to do the following:
Set alerts based on a monitored component's KPIs.
Optimize allows you to define a rule that specifies conditions under which a component resource becomes problematic and requires user attention. For example, you can create an object error count rule that triggers when a
Integration Server Service Error Count is greater than or equal to 1.
Optimize alerts you through the My webMethods user interface and through any other alert mechanisms that you configure, such as e-mail or SNMP trap.
Retrieve notifications generated by a monitored component.
Optimize enables you to access error messages for components that are monitored by
Infrastructure Data Collector. You can view resource errors in
My webMethods from the KPI Instance Detail page for the monitored component error message.
