outputButton (CAF Tags Documentation)

Description:

A control that draws a simple HTML button. This control is used to load a URL or to invoke client-side actions using com.webmethods.caf.faces.portleturl.PortletUrlScript children controls.

When used as an alternative to the Link control, loads the URL specified by this control's value parameter. Add the javax.faces.Parameter to parameterized the URL.

Children
Any. Children are displayed as button label after the value of the label attribute.

Add javax.faces.Parameter children as request parameters to the link.

Use com.webmethods.caf.faces.portleturl.PortletUrlScript children to hook into client-side javascript events such as onclick.
