Positioning Windows in a Workspace
Where you can position windows in a workspace depends on the layout you use for a workspace.
*When using a free form layout, you can move windows anywhere within the workspace. Windows do not have to be aligned and can overlap one another.
*When using a column layout (for example, Three Columns), the layout forces the windows to be aligned within the columns. You can move windows up and down within a column or from one column to another.
Note:
To reposition windows in a workspace you must either be the owner of the workspace, or if you are using a workspace that another user has shared with you, you must have “View and Modify” or “Full Control” permissions for the workspace. If you have “View Only” permission to a workspace, you can reposition windows; however, you cannot save the changes. As a result, when you leave the workspace the windows will revert to their previous state. For more information about sharing workspaces, see Sharing Workspaces.
*To position a window in a workspace
1. In the window you want to reposition, move your cursor over the title bar of the window until My webMethods displays the move cursor.
2. Click and drag the window to the new location.
3. On the tab for the workspace, click Menu icon and select Save Workspace.
