WmPublic. Marks a specific alert as unread.

Input Parameters

alertId	Long. The alert that you want to mark as unread.
notifierName	String. Optional. The notifier for which the alert should be marked as unread.

Output Parameters

updateCount

Long. Updated count of the unread alerts in the system.
