Cache and Prefetch Information
This tab displays information about cache utilization for those services that are currently using cache.
Note:
Services that belong to a package listed in the watt.server.stats.packages.exclude property do not appear in the Cache and Prefetch Information tab.
Cache utilization for services
Column
Description
Package
The package that contains the service.
Note:
This column is not displayed by default. Click > Show Columns to view this column.
Name
The full qualified name of the service that is running or has run.
Latest Cache Hit
The date and time that a cached result for this service was last accessed.
Cache Hits
The total number of times that a cached result for this service has been accessed.
Cache Hits/Total Count
The percentage of requests for this service that have been fulfilled by retrieving the results from cache.
Cache Entries
The number of active cache entries for the service.
Cache Expires
The time when the cache expires for the service.
Last Prefetch
The date and time that the server last prefetched and cached the results for the service.
Note:
The cache may not be refreshed at the exact time specified in Cache Expires. It may vary from 0 to 15 seconds, according to the cache sweeper thread. The watt.server.cache.flushMins property controls the cache refresh time.
Total Prefetches
The total number of times the server has prefetched and cached the results for the service.
Recent Prefetch
The total number of times the server has prefetched and cached the results for the service in the last poll interval. (The poll interval is set to 10 minutes on most servers.)
