Software AG Designer can connect to CentraSite if you selected the optional CentraSite plugins during the Software AG Designer installation. The plugins are installed if you select Designer > SOA Governance > CentraSite n.n in the Software AG Installer, where n.n is the CentraSite version number.

If you did not select the optional CentraSite plugins during the Software AG Designer installation, none of the CentraSite-related features are available.
