Removing an Assignment or Event from a Control Set
To remove a task assignment or event from a control set
1. Open the task in the task editor by double-clicking the task in the Solutions view.
For assignments, click the
Assignments tab and click the assignment you want to work with. Expand the General area if it is not already visible.
For events, click the
Events tab and click the event you want to work with. Expand the General area if it is not already visible.
2. In the Task Control Set box, delete the name of the control set, or select the empty entry in the drop-down list.
3. Save the task.
4. The assignment or event you are working with is now removed from control set you selected.
Note:
If you remove all assignments and events from a control set, the control set is removed from the task. A task cannot support an empty control set.
