Changing the Subprocess Type

Before you change a subprocess type, be sure you understand the results of doing so. For more information, see Recommendations On Changing the Subprocess Type and About Changing webMethods Subprocesses to BPMN Subprocesses.

To change the subprocess type

1. Open the process you want to work with in the process editor.

2. In the process editor, click the subprocess you want to change.

3. On the Implementation tab in the Properties view, do one of the following:

Click webMethods Subprocess (Deprecated) to change the subprocess type for a BPMN subprocess.

Click BPMN Subprocess to change the subprocess type for a webMethods subprocess.

Note:
You will likely need to modify the subprocess after the change to obtain the expected results. For more information, see Recommendations On Changing the Subprocess Type and About Changing webMethods Subprocesses to BPMN Subprocesses.

4. Save the process.
