Some of the BPMN intermediate events supported by Software AG Designer can be configured as a catching event or a throwing event, as shown in About BPMN Events.

You can configure catching and throwing behavior on the General page in the Properties view. For more information, see Configuring an Intermediate Event. If an event cannot be configured for catching or throwing, these properties are not available.
