The expiration date and time indicates when a registry object becomes invalid. In the CentraSite Eclipse GUI, the expiration date and time of a registry object is displayed on the Summary in the details editor.

When the specified date and time is reached, the string -expired is appended as a decoration to the registry object's name in the CentraSite Eclipse GUI, provided the decorator is enabled.
