Generating Log Information on Designer Connections to Integration Server
By default, Designer does not create a log file while connecting to Integration Server.
To generate logging information, perform one of the following:
Modify the config.ini file located at Software AG_directory\Designer\eclipse\configuration\ and add the
watt.client.logFile={log_file_path} property, specifying the desired path and filename for the log file so that
Designer creates the log file at the specified location.
Navigate to the Software AG_directory\Designer\eclipse folder and launch
Designer using the following command:
cmd>..\..\jvm\jvm\bin\java -Dwatt.client.logFile=ISClient.log -jar plugins\org.eclipse.equinox.launcher_<Launcher Version>.jar
