The webMethods Task Engine generates an internal task change event each time a change occurs to a task instance in the run time. For example, a change of status, a delegation, an assignment, or the addition or removal of a task attachment. These events are instances of com.webmethods.portal.service.task.event.ITaskChangedEvent.
